If for any reason your order arrives damaged or defective, I want to make it right. Please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it together.

Blanket Return Condition
In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, blankets must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. This ensures the quality, safety, and care of each product remains intact.

Because all items are handmade to order, I'm unable to accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind. Thank you for understanding the heart and time that goes into each piece.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me with 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in process and unable to be canceled.
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases of approved refunds or replacements for damaged items, I will gladly cover return shipping if needed.
